A seasoned equity investment, debt financing and Corporate Governance lawyer with extensive experience in doing business in Africa. Closed transactions include investing in and financing wind farm energy in Cape Verde; power plants in Egypt, Ghana and Mozambique; hydro-dam in Côte d’Ivoire; toll-road and bridge in Côte d’Ivoire and South Africa; road in Guinea; mineral and cargo ports in Côte d’Ivoire and Gabon; cement plants in Kenya and DR Congo; upstream oil and gas in Nigeria, the Republic of Congo and Tunisia; oil refineries in Morocco, Cameroon and Côte d’Ivoire; heavy industry in Democratic Republic of Congo; bauxite and gold mining in Guinea and Mali; airline in Ethiopia; etc.
